  Are you willing to be interviewed for the newspaper and :
   
  have you received an award letter,
   
  are not challenging any of your award, 
   
  but are not choosing an option and setting a closing because you are on the fence about something? 
   
  Like whether to play the open market? Or whether the community is coming back?
