[FoCHAT] appeal process could slow down the closings

Someone in the baton rouge office told us if you made an appeal they didn't have any idea HOW LONG it would take then and we better just sign off on the little bit we were getting in the option (yellow) letter. This was another of the "pressure techniques" I have complained about previously.
So what this does is make the process very unfair for people who are under financial distress. They are more desperate and likely to agree to less (and incorrect) grant amounts. I would like to point out that people who are under more financial stress are generally lower income households.
Everyone should have a fair and equal ability to appeal a mistake and not have it ruin their lives further. The appeals process should not delay your grant indefinitely.
