[FoCHAT] CHAT WWL4 TV news this evening

In case you think that CHAT is not getting fed up with unfulfilled promises, here is what I said for an interview that I heard about only 3 hours ago.
   
  WWL4 for tonight's news:
   
  CHAT and the Road Home applicants are extremely frustrated with the RHP not letting the money out. At the current rate it will take 21 years to award grants.
   
  We have met with RHP, LRA, OCD, ICF, and state officials but no one will tell us what the bottleneck is and they agree to important changes either halfway or delayed for months.
   
  While the grants are being horribly delayed
  mortgages are being foreclosed
  applicants in Gretna  are being threatened with removal of their FEMA trailers
  one poor applicant lady was killed in her trailer by the tornado this week
   
  CHAT calls for the Gov. to demand 200 closings per day by the end of this month and 500 per day next month with tendering awards, that means you can appeal mistakes after they give you the amount of money on your yellow letter.
