[FoCHAT] New Road Home Account Changes

That's new. My RHP online record is like Ricardo's, but my 
application ID is listed under 'Option Letter Created'.

Similar to Ricardo, I had received my yellow letter November 30 and 
mailed in my additional paperwork and request for a recalculation 
December 8 (which they received Dec 9) to the resolution team. I've 
not yet received another offer and have been unable to learn my 
application status through repeated phone calls to the resolution 
team.

When I click on my Application ID number under 'Options Letter 
Created', it shows me my application and when I scroll down to the 
bottom, under 'Attached Files' it now also lists a new PDF file 
titled: REVISED DOCS_my-Name_myNumber.pdf

I wish I could look at that new document to see if it is in fact what 
I mailed to the resolution team. I am curious because on one of my 
calls to the resolution team a team member looked at that document 
and said it had Chantrelle written across the document and circled 
and the team member thinks that means that my case seems to be 
assigned to someone named Chantrelle and the team member mentioned 
that this new document also had something in it from Home Depot??? I 
didn't send them anything that would contain those words anywhere. 
The team member suggested I call back periodically to see if someone 
could figure out what is going on with my file.

On one of my resolution team member calls, I told the team member 
that during the previous call, I was disconnected while the team 
member was looking at my record and we got disconnected. I asked if 
it was their policy to call the applicant back in that situation 
(since they are starring at the phone number on the application. they 
laughed and said, 'No, we don't do callbacks.'
