[FoCHAT] Question for a TP reporter

  Can you please tell me how many pages are in your award letter and when it was sent to you? This is for a generic answer to a T-P reporter and it creates good will to help them.

     I now have these extra categories too but as usual its not up to date.  My application now appears under Option Letter Selected Status (which I did back in November) but it should be further down under Ready for Confirmation or some other category because my closing date is this Thursday.
   
  I have found this on line account to be the source of nothing but confusion.  My application has disappeared from the account on at least three different occasions.  When it is there it's usually not in the right spot since this on line account is apparently not updated frequently.

    This morning I checked RHP account for changes.  I sent in via fax on 12/21 my challenges for the Resolution Team.  (Amendment 4- Reasons For Delaying Benefit Selection)  To this point I had been unable to confirm receipt of my paperwork.  Now in addition to the original categories my account status page shows the following categories.  Ricardo Gutierrez
