    I have found this on line account to be the source of nothing but confusion.  My application has disappeared from the account on at least three different occasions.  When it is there it's usually not in the right spot since this on line account is apparently not updated frequently.

      This morning I checked RHP account for changes.  I sent in via fax on 12/21 my challenges for the Resolution Team.  (Amendment 4- Reasons For Delaying Benefit Selection)  To this point I had been unable to confirm receipt of my paperwork.  Now in addition to the original categories my account status page shows the following categories.  Ricardo Gutierrez

          Currently there are no applications with Option Letter Selected Status. 

      Saved for Followup

      Ready For Grant Amount Confirmation

          Currently there are no applications with Ready for Grant Amount Confirmation Status. 

      Closed Application 
       Application ID Program Title Status Created Date 
          Currently there are no applications with Closed Application Status. 

      Hold For Applicant Response 
       Application ID Program Title Status Created Date 
          Currently there are no applications with Hold For Applicant Response Status.
