[FoCHAT] Sharing RHP communications and tracking problems with FoCHAT

What follows is the response to 3 emails that FoCHAT received today about especially unacceptable communication problems with ICF. I made these completely anonymous and forwarded them to 4 contacts at ICF. I don't send these often because I think I would wear out my welcome. If you have a particularly bad communication or tracking problem with the RHP, please send an email to chatlra at yahoo.com to document it in brief detail or if you want to share it with the whole FoCHAT group to fochat at thinknola.com

  I hope this finds you well.  As was mentioned in previous correspondence, I cannot address specific cases with anyone but the individual applicants.  I will be more than happy to help the individuals listed below if they will contact me with their application IDs.
   
  I am also forwarding these issues to our MIS team for response and for feedback from you group members.  I am also forwarding the issue to the resolutions team manager in order that the issue of the disconnected call be addressed as well.
