[FoCHAT] The Road to nowhere???

thought so.   Got letter from closing team, saying we got option letter and asking for low income info; but never got option letter.  Since then, heard from title folks asking for title info.  
   
  contacted ROAD2LA, option six folks three times about closing team letter saying got option letter and asked them to send copy of option letter, but still no letter.  did this over three weeks, once every week.
   
  wrote closing team and asked them to send option letter.  they received letter, as evidenced by return receipt.  sent letter about two weeks ago.  no response.
   
  Many who had their interview after ours have received their option letter.
   
  NEVER HAVE HEARD BACK FROM RH, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE FREQUENTLY PROMISED TO RESPOND.
   
  When you try and try to get a response and there is none, then you can only conclude this is a Road Home to no where.  we wrote and we called.  How many times do you have to ask?
