[FoCHAT] Just got the closing documents - Long post - sorry but there are a lot of issues here for CHAT to discuss

First American Title company is a large corporation based out of Utah. They have also been contracted by ICF to perform the BPO's to determine pre-storm values. I researched them to a degree when I first learned about them. In addition to selling title insurance, they also contract out tasks locally for national mortgage companies. For instance when a house goes into foreclosure, FA will contract with someone locally to give a report on real estate activity in the area. Interestingly, their customer support office is located in India. That's right, FIRST AMERICAN is taking advantage of the labor force in INDIA.
