[FoCHAT] The Road to nowhere???

TimeLine as I see it: RoadHome only got 197 closings done in the last several weeks. They are in process of hiring and training closing staff and also acquiring a building large enough to do hundreds of closings at once. I think you will see in the next few weeks that the numbers of closings will grow exponentially. I takes time to handle a project as big as this. Yes, mistakes will be made but it's a new project and it takes time to set up. Don't think I am in any way going to defend gross mistakes like the first 10k letters that went out. That was a disaster. THANKS Meera
