[FoCHAT] The Road to nowhere???

This program was supposed to be rolled out in August.

The excuse that it takes time has long been used up.
They are already 5 months late.

As of today Gov. Blanco is suggesting that they will
not be able to handle the renter program. What does
that tell you?
