Hmm, Congressional field hearing here in New Orleans on Monday. This 
might be a convenient opportunity for effective activism.

I think my schedule might permit me to hang out in front of the 
courthouse with some kind of sign of complaint if nothing else. Is 
the Louisiana Supreme Court in the French Quarter across from 
Brennan's on Royal? Would that be the right side of the building to 
practice my civic activism?

What might my sign say???

That might be more signs than I can carry. I might need help.

Perhaps Levees.org, women of the storm and the 'one' people might join us???
Perhaps our local legislature people, Mayor and City Council might join us???
Perhaps we can show up with a nice placard on easel of an updated 
CHAT report card???
Perhaps we can put out a press release announcing our peaceful 
assembly and hold joint press conference???

I don't know. I'm just trying to get a brainstorming thing going in 
regard to this opportunity.

I heard the governor on the Garland show yesterday promising she was 
going to light a fire under ICF's butt, but I think she needs to also 
put the fear of God into OCD (ICF's government oversight activity). 
And, I think someone needs to somehow motivate her to take action. 
How?
