Just after I pressed send for my last message to all of you, I got a message from Mike Spletto at OCD that was cc'ed to a number of RHP officials including Suzie Elkins. This is part of the message.
   
  "We would like have all the major docs such as the income, elevation, evaluation and other procedure docs posted on the web page. This is a request from chat and it should have already been done. If you have any questions please call."
   
   
   
   
  I wrote back to him to immediately thank him but also to quote part of Harry's email to underscore the importance of this being done this week. 
   
  Given that this email was sent at 11 PM today, Sat., after our 3.5 h meeting with RHP officials yesterday with no further communication from CHAT to them today, we have reason to hope for more important improvements in the RHP soon.
   
  Let us continue with the current CHAT strategy of constructive engagement with RHP officials. It is working. If it ceases to, then we will change strategies.
