CHAT Meetings: Special Aspects For Two Upcoming Meetings
   
  7/11 CHAT Meeting: Filmed for a special CNBC nationally televised Katrina Commemorative Program in Aug.; 10 min will be on RHP/CHAT and probably just a little of the meeting will be shown on that program
   
  Agenda: 
   
  Update on RHP shortfall and elevation allowances;
   
   beginning discussion of problems with the Road Home Program as seen in the results of CHAT survey #2

  introduction to understanding the ICF/OCD pipeline reports;
   
   beginning an ongoing discussion of building contracts and problems--customer liability for subcontractors not being paid by contractor
   
   
  7/18 CHAT Meeting: tentatively scheduled mostly as a session with ICF staff bringing internet-connected computers to the meeting to help tell applicants where their pending applications are. Note that at the RHP centers, ICF can spend much more time per applicant than will be possible at the CHAT meeting.
   
   
  Our next meeting is NOT this Wed., but NEXT Wed., as usual, in the Business Building at UNO at 6:30 PM in Room 212.
