[FoCHAT] 3/5/07 CHAT Survey of Road Home Applicants To Help Get Improvements of the Road Home Program

If you have applied for Road Home, please take CHAT's Road Home Survey  at our new survey website http://ChatForFairness.org 
   
  This first survey will provide data to help the Citizens' Road Home Action Team (CHAT) advocate for improvements in the Road Home Program for Homeowners (RHP). The survey is based upon parts of the Bill of Road Home Rights which you can read at our main website:

    City & Parish Councils Adopt CHAT's Bill of Road Home Rights   On February 15, 2007, the New Orleans City Council unanimously adopted a slightly amended version of CHAT's Bill of Road Home Rights. The Jefferson Parish Council adopted a resolution identical to CHAT's Bill of Road Home Rights on Feb. 27. Gentilly Civic Improvement Assn. gave their support to these rights too. This Road Home Bill of Rights can set a benchmark for what we need to expect from the RHP. Please read the text, and CHAT's annotations making specific recommendations, and join Friends of CHAT, if you haven't already done so.
