[FoCHAT] Question about representing elderly relatives

Question for a T-P Reporter:
   
  Are there any people who have been representing their elderly parents or grandparents, who have been told that they do not have authority to do so without a power of attorney?
   
  (This would include tracking applications by phone as well as appointments with RHP advisors).
   
  If so are you willing to be interviewed?
