Dear Friends of CHAT,
   
  1. Written Documentation Policy CP189A. 
   
  Be sure to ask for all the data in your files if you are still lost in application processing, appeals, or dispute resolution. I am glad to say that today we got the first report of all the information from an applicant's file being sent to him. To read about your new right to get all your own information in your file sent to you, go to the top of our website

  Here is the part to look for at the top of the webpage.
    
   Applicants are now officially entitled to get written copies of grant award notices and all grant calculation data click to go to these new policies 
  Say you are entitled to all your records according to the Change Policy 189A that was supposed to be put into effect Jan. 1, 2008 if the Road Home staff person is unfamiliar with your request.
   
  If they do not agree to send you all of your records, please send an email to chatlra at yahoo.com and put "Records not sent" in the subject, your name, phone number, and city in the body of the message. If you want us to forward this to Road Home officials, please include your application number.
   
   
  2. CHAT meeting this Wed. at 6:30 PM
   
  The upcoming CHAT meeting this Wed. (see bottom of our website for details) is important. Please come if you are still having Road Home problems that you think should have been fixed and you are in the NO area and available.

  Now, thanks to kind help from Dr. Xueqin Xu, I can direct the reader from one part of the webpage to another. Gradually, the website will now get a complete table of contents.
