  3. KC King and myself, citizen advocate members of the LRA Housing Task Force (HTF)since May 2007 are awaiting announcement of a promised LRA Housing Task Force meeting for input into planning the elevation allowance and mitigation grant strategies. The only HTF meetings since we were appointed to the task force have been in May, Oct.,  and Dec. 2007 and on Jan. 4, 2008.
   
  We were told that this meeting would be in New Orleans early in March with sufficient notice for the public to try to attend. Such a meeting with meaningful input from and a chance for a vote by the LRA Housing Task Force after public comments from non-task force members would be in accord with Gov. Jindal's statements about transparency in government.
